It comes as no real surprise, but we’re massive fans of Sennheiser over here at Man of Many. The brands latest CX True Wireless earphones hit the market at an aggressive price point (AU$200) and introduce the audio specialist’s proprietary TrueResponse transducer to the table along with a number of class-leading premium technologies that help these true-wireless earbuds achieve high-fidelity stereo
sound. We’re talking deep basses, natural mids and clear, detailed treble.

When we say Sennheiser’s new CX True Wireless earbuds tick all the boxes, we mean it. Starting with the headline figure of 9-hours of battery life and up to 27 hours of additional battery available when charging on the go with the supplied case. The CX True Wireless will have you listening, productive and entertained throughout the day.
We consider style and aesthetics an essential part of our day-to-day lives, and you don’t want your earbuds sticking out like a sore thumb. Thankfully, the CX Ture Wireless are stylish, minimalist, and perfectly balanced, with proven ergonomics developed according to user comfort studies. Included in the box is a set of four different size ear adaptors to create a perfect fit in the ear canal that keeps the earbuds securely in place and effectively attenuates outside noise. The earphones are IPX4-rated
splash resistance, offering those who like to listen to music and work out some additional peace of mind.
“Featuring state-of-the-art technology and offering proven ergonomics, the earbuds have been developed according to user comfort studies. They offer an outstanding personal audio experience that anyone can enjoy” said product manager Anton Zgurskiy.
The earbuds feature numerous external features, including touch control buttons that are fully customisable, as well as dual microphones on each earphone for better voice pick-up. Not to be outdone, the charging case is similarly intuitive, with the earbuds automatically powering on when taken out
of the case and powering down to save energy when replaced. Our favourite feature is the convenient ‘role switching’ feature that allows either earbud to be used on its own for added versatility.
Keep your eye out, because the CX True Wireless will be available soon in matte black or matte white for $199.95 AUD / $219.95 NZD. Expect an in-depth review right here at MoM once we get our hands on a set for a day-to-day test run.
