Sonos ray mini soundbar

$399 Sonos Ray Soundbar is More Than Just Great Value

Sonos has done it again with their all-new compact soundbar aimed at gamers – the Ray. If you’re a gamer or streaming fanatic looking to up your home speaker system for less than $400 AUD, we believe this new release from the renowned sound experience company will give you everything you want and more. There’s a host of features that give the little guy some serious punch, and we’re breaking them all down below.

Designed to expand Sonos’ home theatre and portable line-ups the Mini Ray is extremely compact – it’s the first thing you notice – and you’d be shocked at the sound this little guy can put out. Perfect for those with small living areas, those who simply love the minimalist vibe, and those with a small format television, there’s a host of features that’ll make this soundbar a big hit.

Some of the main features of the Ray Mini soundbar include waveguides that help project sound from wall to wall and a new bass reflex system with a proprietary design that delivers thrilling lows with a hefty bass. The Ray, like all Sonos speakers, has been tuned to perfection and incorporates the brand’s Speech Enhancement technology which ensures even greater clarity so you never miss a word.

Ease is also at the forefront of the new Mini Ray – compatible with all major streaming services, you can easily control the soundbar with your existing TV remote, the Sonos app, Apple AirPlay 2 and more. Not only is it easy to use, but you can also express your style and choose between three new colours, olive, wave and sunset.

“Homes have become movie theatres, fitness studios, gaming hubs and so much more, all supported by a streaming era that is no longer exclusive to just TV, music and film… Ray makes it easier than ever to enhance those listening experiences, thanks to its smaller size and impressive sound,” said Patrick Spence, CEO of Sonos.

The Ray will be available globally from the 7th of June for $399 AUD, while one of our favourites, the Roam, gets three new colours available from the 17th of June and priced at $299 AUD each. Check out the link below for more information.
