Ultimate Ears has unveiled the Hyperboom Bluetooth speaker, the audio brand’s loudest and bassiest speaker to date. Rocking three-times the loudness and six-times the bass of the Megaboom 3, this new speaker is bound to get the party started. With 24 hours of battery life, you’re in for the long haul.
Ultimate Ears says its Hyperboom reads the environment and automatically adjusts the sound to fill any space. Backyard, living room, pool area, the portable speaker will render your favourite tunes in rich detail wherever you might listen.
Hyperboom has an IPX4 rating, meaning it can withstand drink spills and pool splashes. The One-Touch Music Control button plays, pauses and skips tunes while Spotify, Apple, Amazon or other apps are required for selecting the songs or playlists, like usual.
The speaker extends from the party with its sleek curved diamond edges suiting that modern home aesthetic. It’s also clad in technical fabric engineered for sound and durability.
Hyperboom even supports four types of input: two Bluetooth sources at once, plus 3.5mm auxiliary and optical audio. Switch between music from phones, laptops, turntables, gaming consoles etc. with the press of a button.
Mindy Fournier, head of product management at Ultimate Ears, says the sound is bigger and louder than ever to get entire rooms full of people on their feet dancing. “Starting with beautifully rich sound, thumping bass and phenomenal dynamic range at any level, we added party-ready features like easy music sharing, adaptive EQ and up to 24 hours of battery life.”
“You can rock any party, in any room, and have the perfect soundtrack playing throughout the night.”
Ultimate Ears Hyperboom Bluetooth speaker is available in Australia from early March for RRP $599.00.
