Leica and Globe-trotter have teamed up to bring you a camera and luggage duo that will ensure you’re always prepared to snap those memorable pictures. Globe-trotter, based out of Hertfordshire, has put together a mini suitcase that will house a Leica Q, a fixed lens compact camera. The suitcase comes with a microfiber lining, inside pockets for any accessories, and a shoulder strap if you get tired of carrying the case by the handle.
The Leica Q is a well-equipped camera that comes with a 24-megapixel, full-frame sensor that has been paired with a Leica Summilux 28mm f/1.7 lens to give you low noise shots in darker settings. The Q also has built-in stabilization, potentially eliminating the need of a tripod. The Q has been lauded for its dynamic range and detail, and reviewers declare it to be a worthwhile camera.
The Leica Q Globe-trotter will only be made in limited numbers. Each camera will be wrapped in either pink or navy leather. There will be only 50 in each color, perhaps justifying the $7,500 price tag.
