Panasonic Introduces the LUMIX LX100 II Camera

On the heels of the wildly popular LX100 comes the LUMIX LX 100 II, the 7th generation of Panasonic’s LX series. Designed especially for the modern enthusiast, the compact camera is truly firing on all cylinders. Specifically, it offers an enhanced 17 MP multi-aspect 4/3” high sensitivity MOS sensor, a Leica DC Vario-Summilix lens, swift touchscreen, seamless compatibility for sharing, and the latest 4K suite. Streamlined is the operative word, and the LUMIX LX100 II duly abides on that front.

Thanks to the F1.7-F2.8 Leica DC Vario Summilux lens (which is equivalent to a 35mm camera) and new MOX sensor, the LUMIX LX 100 II delivers supreme speed and top-shelf resolution. Expect a shallow depth of field, dynamic zoom range, true-to-life imagery, and a stunning bokeh affect by way of a 9-blade aperture. The camera also incorporates the full spectrum of Panasonic’s 4K capabilities, meaning 4K photo, 4K video, and Pre-burst mode, which shoots at 30 fps.

Also featured are touch control, high-speed response, bracketing modes, creative filters, RAW data development in-camera, a 3” rear monitor with 1240K-dot resolution, and much more. Last but not least, the camera is Bluetooth enabled, which makes sharing an absolute breeze. Put it all together and you have a great Panasonic camera made that much greater.
