Photography Enthusiasts can’t wait to get their hands on the Konost Digital Rangefinder. Find out why they are so excited.
Do you enjoy describing to the world what you see through images? If so, then you are in luck. American startup Konost plans to release a simple yet powerful digital camera for the photography aficionado. Most modern cameras use completely automated controls, which takes away from the experience of shooting with a manual camera.
The Konost Digital Rangefinder will be the first true digital rangefinder camera with manual controls. Rather than messing around with complicated functions, the photographer can concentrate on getting more creative and thoughtful with shots.
While traditional rangefinders must rely on moving prisms and mirrors to find the point of focus, this camera will use a digital system that utilizes twin sensors that overlay their images, producing the same dual image in the viewfinder.
The Konost Digital Rangefinder is a 35-mm full-frame camera that features custom-designed CMOS image sensors, which provide excellent sharpness, resolution and color sensitivity. As a result, users can achieve truly stunning, high-quality photographs.
This camera is available in two colors: black and silver. It has a minimalistic design and is lightweight. Considering the lightness of the Rangefinder, it is surprisingly strong and durable. You can get it in either a classic aluminum or a rugged carbon fiber made out of aerospace-grade material.
Konost will likely start pre-orders for the Digital Rangefinder soon. So, stay tuned for more updates.
