The respective art forms of yoga and technology have more in common than at first meets the eye. Both aspire to yield improvement through call and response interplay. In the case of yoga it’s the body and muscles optimizing in response to advanced breathing and stretching techniques induced by a teacher. In technology it’s a company or product improving based on the evolving demands of consumers. Joining the two art forms in name and perhaps spirit is the Lenovo Yoga Laptop and Android tablet series.
The latest models to emerge in the Lenovo Yoga family are the 910 Windows 10 PC Convertible Laptop and the Tab 3 Plus Android Tablet. Like a physical human body enhanced through ritualistic exercise, the laptop and tablet represent new tiers of flexibility, accessibility, security and definition as a direct result of ongoing market research. More specifically the laptop is the world’s thinnest Intel Core convertible at 14.3mm, able to fold into a tablet (not a new feature but still cool) and equipped with fingerprint identification for simple and safe authentication. The 910 also offers a 4K or Full HD screen experience with an increase from previous models in both pixel density and screen area. And while your eyes engorge on those new crystal clear images your ears will relish Dolby Audio Premium sound. All that and a longer battery life of up to 15.5 hours because who the heck doesn’t want a longer battery life?
On the Yoga Tab 3 Plus expect four separate viewing modes, a 10.1-inch 2K display with Technicolor Color Enhance, and Dolby Atmos three-dimensional sound pouring out of four front-facing JBL speakers. Utilize Lenovo Media Cast to stream audio and video from another device. The tablet offers a plug-free experience for up to 18 hours, though we should warn you it will take some serious literal yoga exercises to make up for all that binge-watching.
