Electronics brand Samsung has once again teamed up with Google to create the newest generation of Chromebooks for those who love engagement and mobility in equal measure. The new Chromebook Plus and Chromebook Pro 2-1 laptop/tablets promise to bring consumers the latest and greatest in usability and performance. That means things like a 360-degree rotating touchscreen, Quad HD resolution, seamless connectivity, a supremely lightweight metal body and unfettered mobile access to Google’s buffet of content and apps.
According to Alanna Cotton, Vice President of Product Marketing at Samsung Electronics America, “With the Chromebook Plus and Pro, we’re partnering with Google to pair a sleek design with supreme flexibility, encouraging users to experience more with Google Play and Android apps, while continuing to provide simplicity, top-rated security and shareability inherent in Chromebooks.”
This round of Chromebooks also mark the first appearance of a built-in pen (on a Chromebook that is), which allows users the ability to capture content and jot down notes with the utmost precision. For your convenience, programs like Google Keep and Samsung ArtCanvas are pre-installed and ready to go.
