The World’s First Voice Mask for Mobile Phones – Hushme

By in Tech on

Hushme is a personal acoustic device that protects speech privacy in open space environments. Pretty much it allows you have private conversations. The device being put on looks like you’re in for some form of punishment or being kidnapped. It does the complete opposite, it provides you take phone calls in relative peace and quiet.

The pair of pads muffles your voice, but the guys at Hushme also added a series of customised sounds that play through external speakers to mask your voice. Some of these sounds are wind, rain, Darth Vader and Minions. This unique product remains in development and the team plan to launch a crowdfunding campaign sometime this year. So we’ll be intrigued to see the final product.
