Kate Save, an accomplished Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist, and Diabetes Educator, has been passionately dedicated to the health and fitness industry for over two decades. As the CEO of Be Fit Food, she spearheaded the launch of Australia's first doctor and dietitian-designed, scientifically formulated, home-delivered meal service in 2015.

Holding an impressive array of qualifications, Kate is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Accredited Exercise Physiologist, and Diabetes Educator. She has completed a double degree in Nutrition/Dietetics and Exercise Science, a Master's in Clinical Exercise Physiology, an Advanced Diploma in Diabetes Education, and an MBA. Her diverse background and expertise make her a trusted authority in her field.

As the Director of Peninsula Physical Health and Nutrition, Kate oversees operations at 10 locations across the Mornington Peninsula and manages Dietitian and Exercise Physiology services for three private hospitals. Additionally, she shares her wealth of knowledge as a lecturer in Nutrition and Exercise Science at various educational institutions.

Kate's areas of specialization include weight loss, diabetes, heart disease, bariatric surgery nutrition, coeliac disease, eating disorders, food intolerances, and irritable bowel conditions. Her primary goal is to help individuals achieve optimal health and well-being through balanced nutrition and tailored exercise plans.

One of Kate's most notable accomplishments is the successful launch of the first CSIRO Low Carb Diet partnership in Australia, in collaboration with Be Fit Food. Driven by her vision to improve the health of Australians one bite at a time, Kate firmly believes in the power of food as the first medicine and seeks to educate others on its importance.
