Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 years old (“eligible entrants”).
  • Employees, immediate family members of employees, and employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.
  • The promoter may request proof of eligibility, such as age or residency, before awarding the prize.

2. Entry

  • The promotion commences at 12:00 PM AEDT on 30/04/2025 and entries close at 11:59 PM AEDT on 31/05/2025 (“Promotion Period”).
  • To enter, eligible entrants must refer friends to Man of Many’s newsletter using their unique referral link. Each successful referral (where the referred friend subscribes) will count as an entry.
  • The top 20 referrers at the end of the Promotion Period will win a prize.
  • All entries must be hand-typed. No entries generated by computer programs or scripts will be accepted. Individuals suspected of using such methods to enter or refer others will be disqualified.
  • By entering the promotion, entrants consent to Man of Many and the promoted brand using their provided details for marketing purposes. Man of Many respects your privacy, and your information will be handled in accordance with the Man of Many Pty Ltd privacy policy. If you do not wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please notify us by email.

3. Prizes and Winning

  • Prizes: The top 20 entrants with the most verified referrals will each receive one (1) bottle of the Limited Edition Single Barrel Man of Many x Westward American Single Malt Whiskey.
  • The total prize pool consists of 20 bottles of Limited Edition Single Barrel Man of Many x Westward American Single Malt Whiskey.
  • The prizes are not redeemable for cash and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the supplier.
  • The winners will be determined based on the highest number of successful referrals during the Promotion Period.
  • The winner selection process will take place at 12:00 PM AEDT on 2/06/2025 at Man of Many, 69 Reservior Street, Surrey Hills, 2010, Australia.
  • The overall prize value will not exceed $100,000.

4. Prize Conditions

  • Winners will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the draw.
  • Once notified, the winner must respond with their name, phone number, identification, and delivery address within seven (7) days of being contacted by Man of Many to claim the prize.
  • In the event that a prize is unclaimed, or if a winner informs Man of Many they do not wish to accept a prize, the next highest referrer will be awarded the prize. If required, this process will be repeated until all prizes are awarded.
  • The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent, unlawful, or inappropriate behaviour.

5. Liability

The promoter encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly if the promotion involves alcohol. Please refer to the GL4001 Liquor Promotion Guidelines and GL4003 Intoxication Guidelines at liquorandgaming.justice.nsw.gov.au.

The promoter, Man of Many Pty Ltd, and its associated companies will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (except for liability that cannot be excluded by law) resulting directly or indirectly from this promotion or the use of any prize.
