And this particular offering is made using 100% Australian grown un-malted rye from a single farm in the Murray Mallee region of South Australia. The Gospel Solera Rye Whiskey carries a depth of flavour that speaks to the land from which the grain was grown. What exactly does that mean? We’re talking about a distinctly flavourful spirit with a perfect balance of sweet and savoury. American style, just how we like it.
Nose: Baking spices, rich caramel sweetness, stewed plum with port wine.
