With summer just around the corner, it’s officially time to enter holiday mode, and with the arrival of ‘Hotel Clicquot’ to the sleepy beachside town of Noosa in Spring, you need look no further for the perfect place to relax in luxury. This November, the luxurious pop-up Hotel Clicquot is taking over Sunshine Beach in Noosa, Queensland, offering a unique stay where guests can enjoy the Veuve Clicquot lifestyle of the rich and famous. Guests will be welcomed for two unforgettable nights full of luxurious adventures, gourmet food and plenty of Veuve, set against the backdrop of state-of-the-art sustainable design and a stunning coastal location.
Arriving one year after the iconic label debuted its inaugural Hotel Clicquot in Byron Bay, the latest endeavour elevates the experience even further. You will be drowning in luxury as soon as you embark on the journey to the hotel, chauffeured in a luxurious Telsa. From there, the experience continues with the first taste of the indulgent food that will be sustaining you during your stay. With an in-hotel private chef at your beck and call, you will be treated to poolside breakfasts, and endless drinks thanks to Bar Clicquot, a private bartender serving up complimentary Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, Rose and Rich. Say no more.
When the sun sets, that doesn’t mean the luxury ends. On the first evening, guests will dine around a fire pit, enjoying a chef’s table interactive dining experience featuring sustainable, locally produced seafood. While on the second evening, guests will be treated to a garden gastronomy degustation by legendary Byron Bay chef David Moyle.
The menu will hero produce from the Noosa region, focusing on vegetables, herbs and fruit – with dishes including fermented local vegetables with braised greens and native oysters, confit mushrooms and glazed Ballina leader prawns. If that isn’t enough to get you excited, the innovative menu will be complemented by La Grande Dame vintages to wash it all down.
To keep you busy between all the fine-dining, Hotel Clicquot has an adventure for you, whether you’re in the mood for action or just want some downtime. They offer everything from sunrise yoga to surfing lessons to private river cruises, or if you’re wanting something a little bit more chill, there’s an in-house cinema, a spa and of course, the pool and nearby beach.
The hotel’s unique, sustainable design only elevates the experience. The signature yellow design accents and retro-chic aesthetic not only add a touch of luxury to your stay but all the design choices have been informed by a commitment to sustainable living and design ethos. From the hotel’s construction using eco-friendly hemp through to its solar-powered rooms, you can relax knowing the environment hasn’t been harmed in the process.
A stay at Hotel Clicquot promises a holiday experience unlike any other, inviting you not only to check into paradise but also to slow down, appreciate nature as well as embrace the ‘solaire’ Veuve Clicquot lifestyle, not that we need any more convincing.
