Kogan has made headlines in the past by selling iPhones even cheaper than Apple; now they challenge the tech juggernaut by launching a budget laptop range that’s thinner than the MacBook Air. The Atlas UltraSlim laptop range is designed to balance specs and design, remaining affordable for business and students alike.
There are two models available: the Atlas UltraSlim priced at $569 and UltraSlim Pro at $799. Both models feature Windows 10, have an aluminium body that’s just 13.5mm wide and weigh just over 1kg. The UltraSlim has a 13.3 FHD display with an Intel Pentium 4405Y processor, 64GB hard drive with SSD slot for expansion and 4GB RAM. The UltraSlim Pro utilises a 2.2GHz Intel Core m3 processor, 256 GB hard drive and 8 GBRAM. Both laptops also share inputs and outputs: One hyper fast Type C USB, one USB 3.0, one USB 2.0 and one micro HDMI.
If you’re looking for a laptop that’s super lightweight and compact and don’t want to fork out for a Macbook, Kogan’s Atlas series could be the way to go.
