Mercedes-Benz X-Class Exy 6X6 Pickup takes over where the G-Class 6X6 left off. Polish tuner Carlex Design’s Pickup Design division has come up with some incredible designs. The bad news is that the truck is still in design stages, but if there’s enough demand, then production could start soon. Unfortunately, there are no plans to bring this beast across the pond to the US.
The bed will, of course, have to be lengthened out to accommodate the extra pair of wheels. The proposed truck will feature a selection of Mercedes diesels, including an X350d—a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 with 255 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque. The truck will also have a revised front fascia that is almost dominated by huge intakes in the corners.
A winch in the centre finishes off the look. The hood is also revised, accepting a scoop. Fender flares will widen the truck as well. And you’ll definitely need to use the side steps to get in and out of the Exy.
