Victoria’s Secret has always been about selling a fantasy, and on its 2026 fashion show runway, that fantasy has been taken to new extremes, and new price points, with a Fantasy Bra worth USD$50 million (AUD$71 million) worn by Kylie Jenner.
The 2026 Fantasy Bra, created by luxury jeweller Jacob & Co., is easily the most expensive and valuable bra ever made. Laden with 91 white diamonds all over, and in six different shapes, the bra’s centrepiece is a 75 carat Fancy Vivid Yellow diamond.
Kylie Jenner wore the Fantasy Bra during the 2026 Victoria’s Secret fashion show, where she shared the catwalk with models like Bella Hadid, Gigi Hadid, Alessandra Ambrosio, Anok Yai, Joan Smalls, Alex Consani, Adriana Lima, Irina Shayk and even Kobe Bryant‘s daughter Natalia Bryant.

The ornate detailing and level of obscene luxury that is constructed into this piece of lingerie make it not just a moment in fashion, but a feat in engineering.
The $50M, 75-Carat Yellow Diamond Hero
Suspended right at the centre of the bra is a whopping 75.54-carat Natural Fancy Vivid Yellow diamond. Graded VS2 by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), “Fancy Vivid” is the absolute peak of colour intensity for yellow stones. It’s big and bright, making it perfect to be shown off on a fun runway like Victoria’s Secret.
According to a press release, Jacob & Co. went for a crisp radiant cut, engineered specifically to bounce light straight through the stone’s core and amplify its canary-yellow colour. Flanking the centre diamond are two pristine round brilliant white diamonds totalling another 11.85 carats, making for a trio that shines so bright you’ll almost want to avert your eyes (almost).
Diamonds, Diamonds, Diamonds!
As you can imagine, when making a bra out of solid gold and diamonds, making sure the one who wears it can actually move, breathe, and walk while wearing it could be a bit of a nightmare. However, borrowing tech from Jacob & Co.’s fluid Rare Touch high-jewellery lineup, the bra was designed around articulated 18K white gold framing bars shaped with subtle knife-edges to rest comfortably along the ribcage.
Instead of flat, rigid plates, the cups curve inward to mirror the natural lines of a real fabric bra.
- 3,218 Individual Pieces: The whole frame was broken down into thousands of micro-components mapped out on CAD models.
- Ancient Techniques: Every piece was cast in 18K white gold via lost-wax methods, hand-filed, and pre-polished.
- 1,000+ Hours of Work: A squad of 15 master artisans spent over a thousand hours building, fitting, and setting the piece on a custom bust form.
Over 1,300 Carats of Angelic Bling
Beyond the monster centre stone, the bra is effectively a masterclass in high-jewellery stonemasonry. To ensure light hits from every single angle its shown off on the runway, Jacob & Co. mixed prong, eagle-claw, bezel, and pavé settings across 4,410 natural diamonds, topping out at a staggering 1,373.39 total carats.
Here is how the rest of the bra breaks down:
- 91 Large Accent Stones (405.06 ct total): A mix of Angel-cut, pear, round brilliant, heart, oval, and marquise cuts ranging from 5.01 to 18.59 carats apiece.
- 4,318 Round Diamonds (892.79 ct total): Cascading across the cups, straps, and delicate hanging fringe chains that swing naturally with body movement.
- All-Star Specs: Every supporting white stone lands in the top-tier E–F color and VVS2–VS1 clarity brackets.
The release also double-hats as a 40th-anniversary celebration for Jacob & Co., marking four decades of the brand’s designs by debuting their proprietary “Angel Cut” diamond.
