Excuse us, but the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the words ‘3D printed house’ is LEGO condominium. So we’ll forgive you for assuming this house’s appearance. But, don’t for a second think the manufacturer has cut any corners on its way to creating one of the most important new developments going around.

The manufacturer, SQ4D, is taking a seriously new approach to the construction technology industry. After developing its patent-pending ARCS technology to robotically build a house, it’s finally been certified for full occupancy. Make no mistake, this is one BIG step for the construction industry and one giant leap for the would-be home buyer.

This listing of the first 3D printed home will likely change the construction industry forever. More than just a shell, everything is either printed or concrete filled. From footings to foundations, interior and exterior walls. The 3D printed home features approx. 1,500 square feet of living space, including a 2 ½ car garage, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an elegant yet conservative open floor plan.

Not only is this house stronger than a conventional wooden-frame home, but it’s eco-friendly, and built at a fraction of the cost. SQ4D believes in their construction method so much, it includes a 50-year limited warranty on their 3D printed structures.
