AEV, or American Expedition Vehicles, is renowned for building the toughest of the tough when it comes to trucks. Their newest addition, the Chevy Colorado ZR2, is a concept truck that has a single, overriding purpose: tackling any overlanding adventure, and looking damn good while it’s doing it.
With a bevy of features, like shock and suspension upgrades, new front and rear bumpers, underbody skid plates, fender flares, and a snorkel, the Colorado can get you just about anywhere you want to go.
Designed and manufactured with rescue missions in mind, it comes fitted with a Warn winch, recovery shackles, and Hi-Lift jack, as well as an ARB refrigerator, aluminum storage cases, and NATO-style fuel cans, which will have you prepared for anything.
If you’re feeling the need for speed, then don’t discount the Colorado just yet. Chevy is rolling out a Colorado ZR2 Race Development Truck as well.
