The OMEGA x Swatch MoonSwatch Mission to the Pink Moonphase is here to celebrate the annual appearance of the Pink Moon (visible in Australia at 8:22 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2025).
Priced at AUD$500 this new MoonSwatch will be available for a limited time from April 1, 2025. However, compared to previous releases, it will only be available at select Swatch stores around the world. Specifically, those that will feature a miniature pink Rolling Planet (miniaturised Fiat 500s wearing MOONSWATCH branding).
Currently, retail locations for the Mission to the Pink Moonphase are being teased by Swatch’s regional social media channels (@SwatchAustralia) where the “Rolling Planets” have been marking where the watch can be purchased before it “vanishes,” like a Pink Moon. Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth have been confirmed as locations where the pink MoonSwatch will be released from April 1, 2025. Of course, like all MoonSwatch releases buyers can only purchase one watch per person, per day and per Swatch sales locations.
UPDATE 31/03/2025: Swatch has confirmed The Mission to the Pink Moonphase will be released at Swatch Westfield Chermside from 1st to 3rd April 2025.

Like the OMEGA x Swatch MoonSwatch ‘Mission to the Super Blue MoonPhase’ the Mission to the Pink Moonphase arrives with a chronograph function and moon phase indicator at its 2 o’clock subdial. This time, it’s set against a black and silver-pink opaline dial with two pink moons that glow pink Super-LumiNova in the dark, rotating under the silver-pink opaline mask.
Again, the black Bioceramic bezel of Mission to the Pink Moonphase features a pulsometer scale with white opaline markers only visible when subjected to UV light.
To use the pulsometer function, start the chronograph (press the new embossed heart detail on the 2 o’clock push button) when you feel a pulse. Count 30 beats, stop the chronograph, and use the pulsometer scale on the dial to determine the heart rate in beats per minute (BPM). It’s a function that you’ll rarely use, but it certainly adds function to an otherwise aesthetic timepiece.
The Mission to the Pink Moonphase is shaping up to be the rarest and most limited edition MoonSwatch release. Like a rare sneaker release, Swatch has kept the retail locations secret, and the watch will only be available at select Swatch stores around the world. Specifically, those that feature a miniature pink “Rolling Planet” (miniaturised Fiat 500 wearing MoonSwatch branding). Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth have all been confirmed as places to buy the pink MoonSwatch from April 1, 2025.
