OMEGA Unveils 007’s Newest Timepiece Featured in Bond 25

A new take on an old classic… A bit like the new Bond.

No stranger to an OMEGA, Daniel Craig will don the Seamaster Diver 300M 007 Edition in the 25th installment of Bond. With the release of the official No Time to Die trailer, it was about time we found out exactly which timepiece would be worn by the disavowed spy this time around and we were not disappointed.

OMEGA has been the official watch partner of 007 for over 20 years now and with each film, they’ve delivered the sophisticated elegance and endurance that is a necessity to any of Bond’s watches. The Seamaster might already a bit of a Bond trademark, however, this time around, it seems that they’ve taken it a step further.

Working closely with Daniel Craig and the filmmakers, OMEGA has strived to create what could be the most quintessentially James Bond timepiece ever. The 42mm Seamaster featured in No Time to Die is crafted from Grade 2 Titanium, which is used for the case and the titanium mesh bracelet with its innovative adjustable buckle.

“When working with OMEGA, we decided that a lightweight watch would be key for a military man like 007″, said Craig. “I also suggested some vintage touches and colour give the watch a unique edge. The final piece looks incredible.”

The “tropical” brown aluminum used for the dial and bezel ring works to further decrease the weight and adds the vintage look mentioned by Craig. Always practical, OMEGA has included Super-LumiNova photoluminescent technology filling the diving scale, blackened hands, and indexes. The delicate care taken in the design process has resulted in a watch that is, not only, effortlessly classy, but also supremely functional.

The best part – you can already buy the OMEGA Seamaster 300M 007 Edition. Coming on either a NATO strap or the Titanium mesh you see here, you can grab the new timepiece from OMEGA for $8,100 or $9,200 respectively.
