Glendronach 1989 2

WIN! An Ultra-Rare Bottle of GlenDronach 29-Year-Old Whisky Worth $1,500 and a ‘Kingsman’ Movie Experience!

In Partnership with The GlenDronach

Manners may maketh man, but man maketh whisky and the GlenDronach 29-Year-Old is one of our crowning achievements. The 1989 vintage has all the hallmarks of a classic Scotch, with one simple difference; this dram is tailor-made for adventure. For the third time, the Scottish distiller has taken its sophisticated style of whisky to the silver screen, unveiling a new partnership with Matthew Vaughn, the man behind super-sleuth franchise Kingsman. And, just like the suave spies of Savile Row, you too could be toasting to a job well done when you score a bottle of this ultra-rare GlenDronach release yourself, courtesy of yours truly.

The GlenDronach Kingsman Edition 1989 Vintage

It’s not the first time GlenDronach has appeared alongside the secret service. The Scottish distiller has been associated with Kingsman since the very beginning, thanks to Vaughn’s affinity for the classic malt flavours. While the partnership between the filmmaker and producer Brown-Forman has yielded two previous limited-edition whiskies, the latest release is truly something to behold.

With the soon to be unveiled third instalment in the franchise, The King’s Man set in a decidedly different time period, GlenDronach has unearthed a rare vintage from the very back of the cellar to suit. The GlenDronach Kingsman Edition 1989 Vintage is an expertly crafted single-malt limited to under 150 bottles in Australia and priced at a premium AUD$1,500. That’s a lot of bees and honey.

Much like the bespoke tailored suits we’re used to seeing the Kingsman wear on-screen, this incarnation of the GlenDronach 29-Year-Old has Vaughn’s fingerprints all over it. The filmmaker personally worked alongside GlenDronach Master Blender Dr Rachel Barrie to craft the whisky, in celebration of The King’s Man’s global release in cinemas soon. As for us, we could think of nothing better than settling in for an evening of espionage entertainment with a glass of The GlenDronach’s limited edition exclusive release, which is why we’ve teamed up with the Scottish icon to offer a once-off chance to take home an incredible prize pack.
