For the remaining 16 hours, you’re required to refrain from calorie intake. The real trick is choosing when to start and finish your eight-hour window, because while it might be tempting to think you can just skip breakfast and the job is largely done, remember that intermittent fasting and simply skipping breakfast are very much not the same thing.
