Stylishly cruising into the future is the Chevrolet Bolt EV, undoubtedly one of the best small cars on the market. It’s 2018 and no one argues with a MINI. The JCW (John Cooper Works) Hardtop 2 Door is accordingly a beautiful sight to behold, not to mention the brand’s most powerful model to date.
