The Samsung Galaxy A9 isn’t shying away from the idea of going to extremes. After all, why stop at one camera when two, or three, or—and let’s go ahead a get a little crazy—four cameras would be even better? The Galaxy A9 is the world’s first smartphone with quad camera.
The four cameras of the Galaxy A9 each serve different functions. The 8MP ultra wide camera has a 120 degree view. The 10MP telephoto camera has a two times optical zoom. The 24MP main camera takes care of the bulk of the work, and the 5MP depth camera provides a live focus feature. The screen for the A9 makes viewing your captured images even better thanks to sharper contrast and more dynamic colors of its 6.3 inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity Display.
With that many cameras, you’ll need a more powerful processor. The A9 uses an Octa-Core processor that comes with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM. The phone has 128GB of internal memory, which should be plenty, but it also has the added benefit of expandable storage—up to 512GB—thanks to a microSD card port. All that memory won’t amount to much if you’re constantly having to charge your phone, but that won’t be the case with the A9’s 3,800mAh battery.
The Samsung Galaxy A9 is going to the extremes to provide you with the tools you need to capture your special moments.
