The biggest complaint about GLP-1 weight loss programs is rarely the medication. It’s the bill, which has a habit of creeping up every time your dose does. Arbor is a US telehealth platform built around fixing exactly that, with compounded semaglutide from $99 a month and compounded tirzepatide from $149 a month, and a promise that the price you start on is the price you keep.
You won’t need insurance, a waiting room or a membership fee on top. You take a short online health quiz, a licensed US clinician reviews it, and if treatment is appropriate the medication ships free from a licensed pharmacy. Here’s what each of the two Arbor plans includes, how the process works and what you should know before you start.
At a Glance
- The lowest monthly price: Compounded Semaglutide
- A dual GLP-1/GIP option: Compounded Tirzepatide

1. Arbor Compounded Semaglutide Plan
The compounded semaglutide plan is Arbor’s most affordable program, starting at $99 a month. It’s one weekly injection, and Arbor says it’s designed to help curb appetite and reduce cravings. The monthly price covers the medication, provider consultations, ongoing check-ins and dose adjustments, and Arbor says it doesn’t rise as your dose changes over the course of the plan.
- Price: From $99 a month, locked for the life of the plan
- Dosing: One injection a week
- Includes: Medication, clinician consultations, check-ins, dose adjustments and support
- Shipping: Free FedEx Express, estimated within 48 hours of approval

2. Arbor Compounded Tirzepatide Plan
Arbor bills its compounded tirzepatide plan as the accelerated program. Tirzepatide acts on two hormone receptors, GLP-1 and GIP, rather than one, and Arbor says its weekly injection helps curb appetite, reduce cravings and support metabolism. It starts at $149 a month with the same all-inclusive, locked pricing as the semaglutide plan.
- Price: From $149 a month, locked for the life of the plan
- Dosing: One injection a week
- Includes: Medication, clinician consultations, check-ins, dose adjustments and support
- Payment: HSA and FSA cards accepted, cancel anytime
How the Arbor GLP-1 Program Works
It starts with a free online quiz that Arbor says takes about 90 seconds, followed by a fuller health assessment covering your height, weight, medical history, current medications and goals. A board-certified US clinician reviews it, usually within 24 to 48 hours, and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Depending on your state and your health, that may include a live audio or video visit. If you’re not approved, Arbor says you aren’t charged for medication.
If you’re approved, the prescription goes to one of Arbor’s licensed 503A partner compounding pharmacies and ships free by FedEx Express, with delivery estimated within 48 hours. From there, Arbor members get 24/7 access to their care team through the patient portal, plus registered dietitian support to build a nutrition plan for when the medication phase ends, the step Arbor says most programs skip.
Arbor also offers what it calls a 12-month money-back results guarantee: members who follow their program and work with their care team but don’t reach their goal can apply for a refund. Terms apply, and Arbor notes the guarantee is separate from cancellation, so read the policy on the Arbor website before you sign up.
One thing worth understanding before you start: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide aren’t the same products as brand-name medications like Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies and aren’t reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. If you want the bigger picture on these drugs, our explainer on peptides, Ozempic and what’s actually legal is a good place to start, and we’ve also covered what GLP-1 drugs do to your heart beyond the scale.
