The third instalment of the American science fiction dystopian television series debuted way back in March 2020, meaning it’s been a long time between drinks for Westworld fans. So long, in fact, we’re starting to forget exactly who or what is even going on in the beleaguered robot-littered amusement park. But come the June 26 release date, we’ll finally be back in the back seat and some familiar faces will be along for the ride.

Thandiwe Newton, Ed Harris and Jeffrey Wright, will return for the fourth season, while Evan Rachel Wood has also been confirmed for a reprisal. During a panel discussion at the ATX Television Festival, Westworld co-creator Lisa Joy revealed that the Dolores actress would be back, this time playing another character named Christina, a young girl “just trying to make it in the big city”. A fan favourite, Delores became a stand-out character from the first few seasons, however, Wood said Christina was “maybe not as maniacal and murdery as Dolores.”
