Comedian Joe Rogan wants WWE icon and movie star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to come clean and admit he uses steroids. The Black Adam star boasts one of the most jacked physiques in Hollywood and often posts his insane fitness workouts on social media. While not intending to cause shame, the podcaster suggested Johnson be honest with his impressionable audience. Check out the clip above.

“The Rock should come clean right now,” Rogan said. “He should make a video in response to the ‘Liver King’ video. ‘I need to talk to you because The Rock’s been lying.’ There’s not a fucking chance in hell he’s clean. Not a chance in hell. As big as The Rock is, at 50? He’s so massive and he’s so different than he was when he was 30.”
Celebrity steroid use has been back in the news following last week’s Liver King’s expose. Social media sensation and supplement salesman Brian Johnson, who gained notoriety for eating raw meat and living an “ancestral lifestyle”, has been raked over the coals for denying steroid use, despite his unnatural rig. Like “Liver King”, Rogan believes The Rock has a responsibility to his fans and followers.
“There’s a responsibility you have to people who are listening to you,” Rogan continued. “If you don’t want to talk about it, that’s one thing. But if you do talk about it, there’s a responsibility you have to people listening to you and I think you have to be honest about it, which is why I’m honest about it. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with taking hormone replacement.”
Unlike the Liver King, The Rock has never publicly denied his juicing and isn’t in the business of selling supplements. However, he does partner with brands like Under Armour, which we suspect would want to keep the true nature of his supplement regimen a secret.
