Brabus is known for extreme iterations of various Mercedes-Benz cars but even this one has surpassed its own lofty standards. Dubbed the Brabus P900 Rocket Edition, this crazy 900HP ute is based on an already bonkers fast G63 and here Brabus has turned the volume right up with its trademark modifications. While the factory-built G 500 4×4² might be the choice of Rodeo Drive royalty, we reckon the P900 should receive its own standing ovation… it’s limited to just 10 examples after all.
Turning the G63 into a truck has certainly added to its badass look along with the Brabus spec design details stuffed into the design. The truck also gets a widebody kit along with a new hood, pumped-up fenders, an integrated spoiler, a rear diffuser, and massive 24-inch Brabus wheels. Limited to just 10 examples, the one we see here is finished in ‘Rocket grey’ and comes with red highlights to cap off a beastly look.
To match this outlandish exterior design, the folks at Brabus decided that the standard G63 V8 was not enough obviously and increased the displacement to 4.5-litres along with the horsepower output being increased to a mildly terrifying 900 hp and 1250mm. As a result, this pick-up can steamroller most supercars as it will blast past the 100 km/h mark in only 3.7 seconds while only being limited to 280km/h. Handy stats for a ute owner we guess!
The indulgent interior takes the cake with a rather daring combination of black leather and red accents with red being splashed all over including the vents, switches and even the pedals. These are paired with buckets of carbon fibre all over.
The Brabus P900 Rocket Edition, as you might have gathered is not for everyone and with only 10 examples being made at $1.15 million each, it is going to be rarer than many hypercars. With these menacing looks and the amount of power on offer, the P900 Rocket Edition is easily one of the fastest pick-up trucks in the world and making the likes of the Ford Raptor R and the Dodge Ram 1500 TRX look tame in comparison.
