The beef brisket bowl is a standout, it’s made in house with meat that’s slow-cooked for eight hours using a master stock, then sliced and served with caramelised onion, kimchi slaw and pickled cucumber.

Bennett St Dairy is well known because it offers a farm to plate food experience with fresh seasonal produce. The menu here includes a mixture of Australian breakfast and lunch classics with their own twist. The Shop & Wine Bar is a favourite Bondi cafe for locals, by day its an amazing cafe and by night its a trendy wine bar. 5. Chapter One

Specialty coffee is made with the La Marzocco machine using Allpress coffee beans to make a great coffee every time. La Piadina is the only place in Sydney to buy the northern Italian filled flatbread. The Zizioli brothers have brought this tasty northern Italian meal to Bondi. Bondi Wholefoods is probably one of the most Instagrammed organic grocers and cafes in Sydney. Known for their pretty smoothie bowls and entirely organic menu.
