1. Get Your Day Started the Night Before

More and more people are experiencing anxiety at night, and a lot of that has to do with work. Some folks are worried that they weren’t productive enough during the day, while others are anxious about their upcoming workload. Kill a whole bunch of birds with one stone by sitting down before bed and writing out the most important tasks you’ll complete tomorrow. It will help you rest easy at night, thereby ensuring your morning isn’t thrown off kilter before it’s even begun.

2. Give Yourself Time
