Australia’s golden girl has upgraded. Wolf of Wall Street and I, Tonya star Margot Robbie has put her lavish Hancock Park home on the market, just four years after picking it up. Amazingly, it has a listing price of just USD$3.475 million (AUD$4.48 million), meaning purchasing the LA home isn’t out of the equation. It is, however, short of a B&E, the least impressive way to say you’ve been inside Margot Robbie’s bedroom.

The listing comes after Robbie and husband, Tom Ackerley recently upgraded to a gated multi-structure compound on the iconic Venice Beach. According to the New York Post, the two-time Oscar nominee previously lived in London with the English filmmaker, before moving to Los Angeles where they picked up the Hancock Park house.
Despite an inconspicuous facade, Margot Robbie’s 2016-built home cops all the amenities you’d expect from a Hollywood A-lister. Inside, you’ll find four bedrooms and six bathrooms spread across the 3,364 square-foot design. The Soho-inspired aesthetic incorporates detailed touches such as accented panelled walls, high ceilings and hand-fabricated metal doors.
In true Hollywood style, Margot Robbie’s home is littered with Carrera marble, imported European oak hardwood floors and accented Ann Sacks tile. The family room is furnished with a monster round sofa and a swing suspended from the coffered ceiling right beside a polished marble fireplace. And of course, the traditionally designed gated home is off the street, keeping the house away from prying eyes.
Judging by the photos, the home’s major talking point is the entertainer’s pool cabana. Complete with an outdoor bar, the fully enclosed living space overlooks the stunning backyard pool and is accessible via the master bedroom, something every Queenslander dreams of. There is a boutique-like wine cellar located inside, along with a private dog/cat room and CCTV controlled by iDevices with access entry control.
Reports suggest that listing is being held by Sam Real and Justin Fierro of the Sam Real Group at Engel & Völkers in Beverly Hills. With a price tag that isn’t out of reach, this may be your only opportunity to snap up a piece of Hollywood best.
