Designed by Disney Imagineers and architects, 10151 Enchanted Oak Drive includes an 11,000-square-foot primary residence, detached guest house, four garages and a swimming pool with a hot tub and gazebo. The guard-gated Carolwood neighbourhood is bordered by nature preserves and native plantings, offering scenic vibes in a private setting. However, inside the home’s walls is where the fun begins.

Filled with unique features, the Millenium Falcon-themed home theatre and mini bar steal the show. Furthermore, the X-Wing Starfighters and Death Star imagery have been placed on either side of the room to make viewers feel as though they are flying through space. Other highlights include an exact replica of the marble fireplace found in the apartment above Cinderella’s castle.

At a glance, the home has seven bedrooms and nine full bathrooms. The first-floor master suite is a luxurious sanctuary with separate sitting areas overlooking the pool, two gas fireplaces and a spa-style bath. Additionally, the chef’s kitchen boasts ultramodern appliances, a spacious centre island and custom cabinetry.

Listing agents Chris Christensen and Julie Christensen of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Southwest Orlando office say living in Golden Oak is a dream come true for many. They believe the prestige and exclusivity of owning a home in the Carolwood section of the coveted community alongside boundless perks such as access to the community swimming pool, 24-hour fitness club, family area for kids and three dining venues, make it a no-brainer for potential buyers.

Situated near the community’s clubhouse, Four Seasons Resort and Disney’s theme parks, owners can even watch Epcot’s fireworks from their homes. Find out more about 10151 Enchanted Oak Drive on the Sotheby’s International Realty website.
