“Fast,” “fun,” and “stylish” are all words that you can use to describe just about any boat on the market today, but what makes the 43wallytender a standout in the yacht market is its “centre cockpit” design. “Thanks to Wally’s iconic design heritage and innovation developed over more than 25 years, with the 43wallytender our team introduced a fresh new take on the middle of the boat and its use, creating the new ‘centre cockpit’ concept,” says Stefano de Vivo, managing director for Wally.
“At the same time, we evolved our offering to satisfy the yacht owners of today and tomorrow by elevating the day-boat yachting standards. Upholding Wally’s customary cool aesthetics and extraordinary performance, this addition to the Wally family is surely a benchmark of the future.”
The centre cockpit design of the 43wallytender means that this 42.6 foot model offers all the open-air feeling of a walk around the cockpit while also granting the security and comfort of an enclosed yacht. Even better, bulwark wings in the aft quarters fold out to super-size deck space, giving you more room to move. With the capacity to carry 12 people, the 43wallytender is also a very versatile boat. It offers high-speed performance with the capability of cruising at 40 knots, while also featuring a generous bathroom complete with standing headroom as well as a separate shower compartment.
The cabin comes with its own bed and the deck can be configured in a multitude of ways. Powering the craft is twin Volvo Penta diesel sterndrive engines capable of 380 horsepower. Or you can upgrade to twin 440 horsepower engines if you need even more speed. Additionally, a laminated sail is mounted on the T-top’s carbon fibre superstructure.
Built of composites and carbon fiber in Forli Italy, the 43wallytender is painted in “gator green,” a colour innovated to honour the first sailing yacht from the builder, the Wallygator. With its innovative design and multi-purpose features, the 43wallytender is definitely fast, fun, and stylish, along with many other adjectives.
