When Hydralyte Is and Isn't Needed

Hydralyte is for rehydration and electrolyte replacement, for example when fluids and electrolytes are lost through exercise, heavy sweating, hot weather or travel. It isn’t a replacement for drinking water, and if you’re already well hydrated there is no need for Hydralyte.
