Glen Moray, the quality single malt whisky from Scotland, is turning 120, and what better way to celebrate than by sharing with their friends? We’ve teamed up with the Speyside masters of malt to give our readers the opportunity to join us for a dinner and masterclass at one of Sydney’s most renowned whisky venues, The Roosevelt, with Glen Moray’s Master Distiller Graham Coull.
Glen Moray has only seen five distillery managers since their inception back in 1897; the secrets to their recipes and ageing processes kept a mystery to the select few who need to know. Greeted with a Glen Moray Triple Wood Cocktail, guests will enjoy the rare opportunity to learn some of the amazing story behind the brand, as Graham expertly guides you through a detailed tasting of Glen Moray’s finest single malts.
You’ll also be one of the first to taste their birthday celebration blend of vintages, simply titled ‘Mastery’, of which only 1000 bottles have been produced and released worldwide.
We have ten double-passes to give away to join us and the guys from Glen Moray, to celebrate over a dinner and masterclass at The Roosevelt. The evening will be hosted by industry royalty Graham Coull, who’ll take us through the whisky production process, the Glen Moray collection and how their already sought-after ‘Mastery’ blend came to fruition.
