Understandably, Conor McGregor would be disappointed following his recent loss to rival Dustin Poirier. Both his pride and leg were shattered at UFC 264, and now the Irishman faces a long road to recovery. However, his latest purchase may ease the pain. McGregor had his custom Lamborghini Tecnomar 63 yacht recently delivered, and wasted no time letting his haters know on Insta.

The flashy fighter’s new toy has been dubbed the “Supercar of the Sea” and is valued at AUD$4.9 million (USD$3.6 million). A ridiculous amount of cash for some, but after the sale of his Proper No. Twelve Whiskey, the price tag will hardly make a dent. Conor’s leg may be broken, but his bank account couldn’t be healthier.
Lamborghini Automobili announced its partnership with the Italian Sea Group last year. Clearly, unsatisfied with merely dominating the roads, the sports car manufacturer has turned its attention toward the sea. Twin MAN v12 engines power the sea vessel, which can generate 4,000 horsepower and a top speed of 60 knots. The carbon fibre yacht measures 63 feet in length and has an ultra-light weight of 24 tonnes.
The exterior design emulates the 1960/1970s era Lamborghini Miura and Lamborghini Countach, combining further inspiration from the Lamborghini Sian FKP 37 hybrid hypercar. As for the interior, it features the iconic hexagonal shapes, Y-motif and clean lines you’d expect in one of its luxury vehicles.
“Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 is not just an exercise in style and design,” notes Lamborghini’s official press release. “It represents the vanguard in luxury speed boats. Inspired by Lamborghini super sports cars’ performance, the most significant innovative features at the heart of the concept are speed and the dynamism of lightweight engineering.”
The Lamborghini Tecnomar 63 will be limited to 63 boats. If you’re wondering why “63”? The number not only references the name, length and amount available, but also “63” refers to the year Lamborghini was founded.
