Here at Man of Many, we’re often given the opportunity to try out products ahead of time for review, but sometimes our favourite things are just the things we already own, or have purchased ourselves. So, each week, we strive to show off a few of our own, personal favourite products in the hopes that we can help people make better buying decisions.

Also, sometimes it’s just fun to write about things you like. Here’s our Staff Favourites for this week – enjoy!

Hommey

Hommey Versa Bedding

John Guanzon – Head of Social

You get rudely confronted with how ‘adult’ you’ve become when you noticeably get excited about new bedsheets and spend all day anticipating the moment you get to lie in them. That was me, thinking about lying in my new Hommey Versa bed sheets this week. I’d been a fan of Hommey previously after owning their super-soft bath towels and robes, so when I saw the news that they were dropping bed sheets, I had a good feeling about the type of quality they’d be.

Their new Versa Bedding Collection isn’t just comfy (100% organic cotton, naturally breathable, and OEKO-TEX certified), it’s also clever and super practical. Each set is fully reversible, meaning one flip gives your bed an entirely new personality. It’s ideal for when you’re craving a refresh without splurging on a whole new set. In this economy, who doesn’t love a two-in-one anything? In my opinion, Hommey’s nailed that sweet spot between fashion and function.

The mid-century-inspired pinstripe motifs feel sharp but warm, and the brand’s sustainability creds are solid too. It’s the kind of bedding you actually get excited to make the bed with. Again, I’m cringing at how passionate I’ve become about fresh bedding, but I’ll own it.

Fixing My Posture

Scott Purcell – Co-Founder

My posture is horrible. Sitting at a chair for 10 hours a day (or probably more) doesn’t exactly help either. I’m a pretty fit, healthy and active guy, but my girlfriend recently pointed out that my head tilts forward and I have a hunch in my upper back and shoulders. So, I’m now on a mission to fix this.

First up (and this is not an endorsement as I haven’t even started it) is the Functional Patterns 10 week online program. I’m hoping that sticking to some strengthening exercises might help.

Second is fixing my sleeping position. I jumped on Amazon and bought this posture correcting Cervical Neck Pillow for neck pain relief. Finally, if all hope it lost, I got this $20 Smart Posture Corrector that vibrates and measures the angle of your back if you’re hunching. Will keep you posted if any of this works!

HOKA Bondi 9

Elliott Barsby – Commercial Director

With the HOKA Sydney Half Marathon coming up next weekend, I wanted to call out my latest pair of runners: the HOKA Bondi 9’s. I’ve ticked off more than 250km in them so far, and put simply, they’re the most comfortable runners I’ve owned – and I’ve gone through quite a few pairs in my time!

The Bondi 9’s are super supportive, and the extra-plush foam midsole and elevated stack height help cushion every step. Even after back-to-back training runs, my knees and ankles are feeling far less beat up. They also boast a Durabrasion rubber outsole, designed to tackle high-wear zones without sacrificing grip, very important for heavy plodders like me.

They’re lightweight and surprisingly responsive, making them perfect not just for pavement pounding but for gym sessions, dog walks, and everyday life. And while they don’t have that razor-sharp race-day feel, the comfort and support they provide make them ideal for tackling the countless training runs, which is what really counts.

The training has been done, and I’m ready to race. See you out there!
