The best-dressed assassin in gaming returns November 13 for a new globe-spanning adventure for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

Hitman 2 continues the story of the previous game, allowing players to take on the role of the Agent 47 as he embarks on a mission to hunt the elusive Shadow Client and unravel his militia once and for all.

Expect detailed sandbox levels full of living, breathing environments with the freedom to plan the ultimate assassinations. Utilise the various tools, weapons, disguises and stealth techniques at your disposal.

The reveal trailer shows a vibrant Miami setting and motorsport race. We see Agent 47 disguise himself as a member of the pit crew, rigging the race car to crash and explode. There’s also a glimpse of the trademark fibre wire and 47 aiming a sniper rifle from a rooftop.

You may have noticed the narrator sounds a lot like Sean Bean. That’s because it is! Hopefully, the veteran actor voices one of the main characters.

Hitman 2 also introduces a new co-op experience called Sniper Assassin. It’s a standalone feature that can be played solo or with a friend. Best of all, Sniper Assassin is available to play right NOW as a bonus for anyone who pre-orders Hitman 2.

2016’s Hitman game was arguably one of the best in the series. Although it featured a much-loathed episodic format, meaning levels were released months apart. A frustrating wait for fans, and a confusing purchase for newcomers.

Hitman 2 has a new publisher. It’s WB Games. And an official confirmation that the full experience will be available day one. No more episodic structure. Hitman 2 looks set to be a return to form for everyone’s favourite barcoded baldy. We can’t wait. Hopefully we'll see more at E3 in the coming days.
Check it out
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1YfiQrYEfrs

Have you subscribed to Man of Many?
