The NBA has transformed the tunnel into a stage for some of the biggest fits the league has ever seen. And while it’s slowly becoming a means for players to align themselves with their respective advertisers, there’s some wiggle room for personal expression. A collaboration between Off-White, the Chicago Bulls, and luxury retailer FARFETCH captures that image, with four limited edition items available exclusively in selected Off-White stores, online at Off-White, and on FARFETCH from today.

What started as a conversation between Don C, Off-White CEO Andrea Grilli, and the Abloh family has been realised, with a collection comprised of that includes two sought-after Varsity Jackets in two colourways. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Virgil Abloh foundation. Let’s take a closer look.
It all starts with the aforementioned Varsity Jackets. A staple piece of any Off-White collection, the jackets are presented here first in a steel grey and navy colour emblazoned with the famous Chicago Bulls’ mascot name “Benny.” The double quotation marks around the name pay homage to the classic Off-White motif, while the red jacket mimics the theme with touches of cream.
We particularly enjoy the new collaborative logo that’s found on the navy-blue hoodie and t-shirt. Simple, yet effective, the classic “Off-White” motif is seen alongside “Bulls” and “Abloh” in classic fashion. The caricature Benny mascot on the back is very tongue-in-cheek.
The capsule collection will be available in selected Off-White stores, online at off—white.com, and exclusively as part of the BEAT series on FARFETCH. The collection will also be available to buy at RSVP Gallery in Chicago from March.
