Vacheron Constantin Traditionnelle Tourbillon

Vacheron Constantin has unveiled three new Traditionnelle Tourbillon references, each crafted in pink gold and each featuring a phoenix and a dragon, celebrating their respective significance in Chinese culture. All three models are made in a limited run of 16 pieces, with an 18k hand-guilloché dial in either silver-tone, deep blue or black with galvanic treatment.

The new Traditionnelle Tourbillon models all feature a hand-engraved 18k pink gold applied depiction of the phoenix and the dragon in the most extravagant and magnificent of ways. The case features hand-engraved bezels and lugs, extending the artistic nature of the piece from the dial to the externals of the watch. And to finish things off, we have the incredible Maltese-cross tourbillon that is so identifiable to Vacheron Constantin at the bottom of the dial. Insane!

Zenith DEFY Extreme Double Tourbillon

Zenith dropped two incredible feats of haute horlogerie with new DEFY Extreme Double Tourbillon references. Both are powered by an insanely complicated movement that is fitted with a 1/100 of a second chronograph, along with two independent tourbillons.

These two new models come in either a black carbon fibre case or a titanium case, measuring 45mm in diameter and both featuring a very respectable 200m water-resistant rating. Both models are wonderfully decorated, finished to an inch of their lives and represent perhaps some of the most modern and complicated watchmaking Zenith produces.

Hublot MP-09 Tourbillon Bi-Axis 5-Day Power Reserve

New from Hublot is the MP-09 Tourbillon Bi-Axis 5-Day Power Reserve. Created using coloured composites inserted into a 3D carbon case, the Hublot MP-09 Tourbillon Bi-Axis 5-Day Power Reserve is a modern interpretation of the brilliance of colours meeting some very exceptional watchmaking.

The distinctly shaped carbon case is dotted with different colours, as is the dial, with those same colours extending to that brightly coloured rainbow alligator strap. But the focal point here is that insane bi-axis tourbillon sitting at the bottom of the dial, rounding off what is a very exciting visceral experience.
