Breguet has unveiled two new Marine Chronograph 5529 models, in either white or rose gold. The sporty new releases again follow the familiar aesthetic codes for which Breguet is renowned, albeit with a fresh contemporary twist.
The dial is a deep blue, embellished with wave motifs and heightened with eight baguette-cut diamonds around the chapter ring. Of course, the traditional guilloché technique is present on the dial, giving the nod to the Maison’s legacy of craftsmanship.
Inside, the new Breguet Marine Chronograph 5529 is powered by the 582 QA mechanical self-winding movement, which is driven by a stellar 346 components. It dishes up 48 horus of power reserve and will set you back an eye-watering AUD$208,000.

Ulysse Nardin Adds Two New Commando-Esque Models
Ulysse Nardin has expanded its super sporty OPS series with two new commando-clad dive watches: the Diver Net OPS and the Diver Skeleton X OPS. The Diver Net OPS is made of recycled stainless steel with a Nylo X Carbonium bezel and features a distinct textured khaki green dial with soft patina accents, giving it a rugged yet refined feel.
The second piece is the Diver Skeleton X OPS, a highly avant-garde piece that combines openwork with real-world practicality. Made out of DLC-coated titanium and with a Carbonium bezel, the Diver Skeleton X OPS is a brilliant piece that is really brought to life by the skeletonisation of the dial, where the manufacture UN-372 calibre is on full show.
