‘Free Flights for a Year’: Jetstar Launches Insane Sale

Low-cost airline Jetstar is celebrating 19 years of operation Down Under and to mark the occasion, the travel company is throwing a massive birthday discount. The new FEEL 19 AGAIN campaign will see Aussies in the running to win free flights for a year. Better still, the Jetstar deal is not limited to domestic flights, with popular international destinations such as Tokyo also included in the promotion.

Dubbed FEEL 19 AGAIN, the new Jetstar flight deal is aimed at adventure hunters. According to the official release, the free Jetstar flights are designed to help the winning entrant enjoy a “year of self-discovery”, with an emphasis on tackling destinations and experiences that are “out of the ordinary”. Jetstar even tapped Australian life coach, Lana Hall, to help get Aussie in the mood for a delayed gap year.
“No matter how old you are, when you’re feeling stuck or unsure of the direction you’re heading in your career or life, there’s nothing quite like doing something out of your comfort zone,” Hall said. “The first step is opening more doors to new experiences, which is why travel is a great way to help in self-discovery. Holidays and travel can build new connections in our brain, which can then lead to new ideas about who you are, who you can be, and what’s possible for you! It also helps spark inspiration and boosts creativity, as it opens your mind to different ways to live.”

What Destinations are Included?
Jetstar has confirmed that a total of 86 destinations will be included in the FEEL 19 AGAIN promotion, allowing the winner to select an assortment of domestic locales. Additionally, the airline revealed that six international return flights will be available, each including an extra seat for the winner’s preferred travel partner. Importantly, the winner won’t be able to redeem the full 86 flights as part of this campaign. The lucky entrant will be entitled to 12 domestic and six international JQ-operated flights across a 12-month period.
“To celebrate our 19th Birthday, we’re giving one lucky person (and their travel buddy) the opportunity to win free flights for a year so they can take the gap year they never had and ‘find themself’ in all 86 of our destinations,” Jetstar wrote on Instagram.
While the airline stopped short of detailing exactly which destinations will be on offer to the lucky winner, the tally of 86 does suggest the majority of locations serviced by Jetstar will be available. At present, Jetstar operates services in and out of:

How Do You Enter?
For the chance to FEEL 19 AGAIN with Jetstar and win free flights for a year, Aussies need to Jetstar’s Instagram and follow the prompts. As per the official entry post, entrants must:
- Explain in 19 words or less, if you could try any job for a day, what would it be and why?
Jetstar will then select 19 of the most creative, funny or quirky answers as finalists. From there, finalists will then have three days to send a short video that shows or tells us why they would be a great fit for the job.
