It’s not every day that you see a power couple make a big move like this, but Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are no ordinary pairing. After just two weeks of listing her Bel Air mansion, TMZ recently reported the couple is said to be in escrow for the purchase of a USD$34.5 million (AU$50 million) Pacific Palisades estate. While the actual purchase price remains unknown until the deal is finalized, it’s clear that Bennifer 2.0 is looking for a fresh start in this beautiful new property. Hopefully, the new home finally gives Affleck a reason to smile.

The house itself is a sight to behold, with traditional East Coast architecture and modern luxury blended seamlessly throughout. Situated on one acre of land, the property is surrounded by mature sycamore trees and tall hedges, creating a lush and private oasis. A stone-paved driveway leads to an arched brick porte-cochère, a gravel motor court, and a six-car garage, providing ample space for the couple’s impressive collection of cars.

Last August, the couple finally tied the knot after a long and winding road, and this Valentine’s Day, they celebrated their first holiday as a married couple by getting matching tattoos. With their new Pacific Palisades estate, they have a beautiful new home to start the next chapter of their life together (We give it 12 months, tops).
