With a jaw-dropping price tag of AUD$91 million (USD$61 million), paid in cold, hard cash, their new home solidifies their position as a force to be reckoned with in the entertainment industry.

After nearly two years of searching for their perfect love nest, they finally closed the curtain on their house-hunting saga, with a 46,000-square-foot abode on Wallingford Drive. Nestled on an expanse of 5.2 acres, this sprawling property made its grand entrance onto the market in early May, commanding attention with an eye-popping price tag of AUD$113 million (USD$73 million). However, this property has faced a tumultuous history, with listings tracing back to 2018 when it initially dazzled buyers with an astonishing asking price of AUD$204 million (USD $134 million).

Developed by Gala Asher, a renowned Los Angeles spec developer, the estate had also been made available for rent at an astonishing rate of AUD$455,335 per month before the acquisition by Bennifer. According to its listing, the “newly rebuilt” pad offers a picturesque vantage point, providing “magnificent mountain views.” Positioned conveniently, it is only a short distance from the renowned Beverly Hills Hotel and a mere 20-minute drive from Van Nuys private airport, facilitating effortless travel for the duo to various destinations.

As reported by TMZ, Affleck and Lopez’s new Beverly Hills home features an impressive array of amenities, including 12 bedrooms, 15 fireplaces, 24 bathrooms, a wine cellar, a whiskey lounge, a cinema, a spa, a nail salon, a sauna, and a massage room. The estate further features “one-of-a-kind” indoor sports complex that includes basketball and pickleball courts, a well-equipped gym, a boxing ring, and a sports lounge.

Alongside these impressive features, the property offers a spacious guest penthouse spanning 5,000 square feet, a caretaker house, and a two-bedroom guard house. The listing highlights the estate as one of the most exclusive and secure in Beverly Hills, with private and gated street entrances providing exceptional privacy. Ginger Glass of Compass listed the property, while Brett Lawyer of Carolwood Estates represented both Affleck and Lopez during the transaction.
