Lil Uzi Vert Breaks the Internet by Deadlifting Double His Weight in the Gym

Call the Swole Patrol because Lil Uzi Vert looks mighty jacked. The rapper recently broke the internet by posting a video of himself deadlifting a personal record of 262 pounds (118 kgs) for three reps. Shirtless and shredded, his clip has gone viral with Complex reposting the Instagram story to their feed captioned: ‘Big UZI back at it‼️’.

Considering the 26-year-old is barely 5 ft 3, we can assume he’s lifting near double his body weight in the set – a feat that would make most gym junkies proud. Not only does Uzi throw around some considerable weight, but he also looks to maintain proper technique while using the hex bar, which is a joint-friendly alternative that promotes spinal positioning and total body power during a deadlift.

As you’d expect, the comment section was wild with jokes, with one Instagram user saying: “When the hell did Uzi get yolked!? Did that diamond in his head give him superpowers, god dam!” Surprisingly, there were a few words of encouragement in the comments with an Instagram user posting: “For how small he is that is mad impressive” and another writing: “Lil Buffyy Vert”.

With the Mr. Olympia 2021 bodybuilding competition scheduled for later this year, the question on all our minds is, who else stands a chance?
