An ode to the Baywatch days, Pamela Anderson has broken the internet once again for her upcoming campaign with Frankies Bikinis. The pair will release an iteration of the famous red swimsuit on May 4th, 2023.
The 55-year-old model became famous for playing the role of C.J. Parker in the television series “Baywatch,” but left the show in 1997 to pursue other ventures. She would later release multiple books, Star (2004), Star Struck (2005), and most recently, a highly-rated memoir titled ‘Love, Pamela’. The release of the swimsuit collection with Frankies Bikinis closely aligns with the rollout of this book.
While we haven’t seen the red swimsuit since the Baywatch days, it’s a piece that she’s held in her collection since she left the show. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Anderson said she still owns a few of the original designs. “I had a couple back then. Now I only have one and it fits!” “I put it on every once in a while.”

More than a year after the release of the American bio-drama Pam & Tommy – a show which Pamela Anderson described as “crushing,” going so far as to call the people behind the Hulu series “Assholes” in an interview with Variety – and she returns for a stunning collection with Frankies Bikinis, an ode to the Baywatch days.
About as organic as collaborations come, Anderson actually raised her son’s next door to Frankies Bikini founder Francesca Aiello in Paradise Cove when the business was first building. Today, the company has an estimated revenue in the $25-$50 million range, according to PipeCandy.
“Frankie was making little bathing suits when I was there and putting bathing suits in my mailbox,” said Anderson in an interview with Vogue, recounting her days in Malibu.
For Anderson, she has gone so far as to call this a “dream collection.” And after the tumultuous year that was 2022, it’s great to see Pamela happy and owning her own narrative once again with the launch of the memoir alongside this iconic collection. “Pamela is truly beautiful inside and out, she exudes strength, kindness, and love for all living things,” said Aiello said in a statement to The Post.
