The home was custom-built in 2010 by talented equestrian and horse breeder Ralph Bianculli. Located just 25 minutes from one of the county’s premier racing facilities, Belmont Racetrack, it features 10-stall stables with an apartment, tack room and riding ring. According to The New York Post, over 100 racehorses have been raised on the property.

The residence itself spans 15,000 square feet, which is unique considering its proximity to the city. The six bedrooms and seven bathrooms are split over three levels, with terraces overlooking the lawn, waterfalls and saltwater pool. Adding to its extravagance, the walk-out basement level features a hot tub room, barbershop, mahogany bar, gym, wine cellar and a poker/theatre room. Other highlights include the floor-to-ceiling windows, raised-bed cook’s kitchen and four-car garage.

The fortress is just minutes from the waterfront community of Oyster Bay Village, with an array of shops, restaurants, parks, a marina,  and estate parks with equestrian trails. Located in the village of Mill Neck, on Long Island’s Gold Coast, the new owners will rub shoulders with the area’s most elite and high-profile families.

If you look at the property’s history, there’s a decent chance more movie requests are on the way. Several film and TV series have been shot at the house, including The Loudest Voice starring Russell Crowe, Sienna Miller, Naomi Watts and Seth McFarlane, and Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf of Wall Street starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Jonah Hill, Mathew McConaughey and Margot Robbie.
