Inside the store, expect all your favourites, including the Ralph Lauren Collection, Purple Label, Polo Ralph Lauren, Ralph Lauren Home, Ralph Lauren Watches and Fine Jewellery and Double RL. Rumour has it that it’s the only destination in all of Australia to offer women’s Double RL, in addition to the coveted men’s Double RL range.
On each level, immerse in the ambience, luxury and pure joy of browning through Ralph Lauren’s various collections. What makes the store even better is the heritage building it will be housed in. The Victorian Style 1878 building playing host to the store spans over a massive 700 sqm with four floors and, wait for it, a private rooftop!
Just like the timeless class of Ralph Lauren, the building is adorned with stone mosaic, richly stained wood, and antique brass with painted furniture. The perfect building to complement the iconic Ralph Lauren aesthetic. And, for those that appreciate more than just the fashion side of things, the new store will feature a bespoke curation of vintage furniture, décor and art, working together to create an experience that perfectly encapsulates the elegance that is so undeniably Ralph.
The new opening is part of Ralph Lauren’s slow but steady expansion across Australian cities. And while this may sound slightly dictatorial, we can promise you that the only thing to be worried about is how much cash you’re going to spend with all these new stores popping up. The new Pitt Street store adds to Ralph Lauren’s network in the Australian market, which now includes 15 freestanding stores, and the expansion of 6 new stores in the past two years including the opening of The Rocks store and the second Polo Ralph Lauren store within the Queen Victoria Building, as well as a World of Ralph Lauren store in Chadstone, Victoria.
The store is now open and we certainly know where we’re heading this week for some post-work retail therapy.
