Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch 321 Platinum

Omega Limited Edition Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 Watches
To celebrate the official countdown to the 2020 Olympic Games to be held in Tokyo, Omega has released two exclusive watches, each limited to 2,020 pieces. The first is the Seamaster Aqua Terra Tokyo 2020 Limited Edition. Featuring a blue ceramic dial and a laser-engraved Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games emblem, the Seamaster Aqua Terra Tokyo 2020 Limited Edition continues the Aqua Terra’s beloved functional theme and those endearing qualities are carried throughout the piece. The second release is the Seamaster Planet Ocean Tokyo 2020 Limited Edition. Clad in a stainless steel case with a white ceramic bezel and dial, the Seamaster Planet Ocean Tokyo 2020 Limited Edition also features a red-tipped lollipop seconds hand, representing the Japanese flag.
TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre 16 Updated Design
TAG Heuer has introduced a whopping 16 new timepieces into the Carrera collection. Each piece features an updated design while still keeping the traditions of its racing heritage well and truly alive. Minor changes can go a long way, and in the case of the updated Carrera Calibre 16 models, this is especially true. Expanding a collection like the way TAG Heuer has done can have its drawbacks, but I like to think that the brains trust behind the move are trying to appease a wider crowd, much to my own humble applause. The case and base aesthetic still remains the same, as does the movement, so consistency will not be an issue. Can’t wait to see them in the metal!

Shinola Runwell Automatic
Featuring wired lugs, an onion crown, an elevated and textured dial (we’ll get to that in a second) and a vintage-inspired look, the Runwell Automatic is Shinola’s latest watch to enter the market. The Runwell Automatic has a super appealing classical look, very reminiscent of watches made a few generations back. Shinola has used a vellum-type dial, creating a textured look that is slightly elevated, serving as a beautiful backdrop to the bold hour numerals and hands, each filled with luminescent materials. The Runwell Automatic is powered by an automatic calibre and comes in a variety of dial and strap options.
Tissot Opens a Boutique in Sydney
As of Wednesday, the 24th of July 2019, Tissot has laid its claim in Sydney by opening a boutique in the hustling and bustling MidCity Shopping Centre. Tissot’s newest boutique will boast the largest collection of Tissot timepieces in Australia, and with an estimated one in four watches sold in the world being a Tissot, the boutique will also have an on-site watch technician to support in-store repairs. For those of you living in Sydney, that’s nothing but good news (except maybe for your wallet…).
A. Lange & Sohne Grand Lange 1 “25th Anniversary”
The is the seventh model in A. Lange & Sohne’s series of special edition Lange 1 watches celebrating the collection’s 25th anniversary. The Grand Lange 1 “25th Anniversary” continues with the celebrations in typical Lange style. Clean lines. A simplistic look. An asymmetrical dial. An oversized date. And a sense of efficiency known only to the Germans. The celebratory nature of the Grand Lange 1 “25th Anniversary” continues to the caseback where you will find a blue “25” hand-engraved into the balance cock. The Grand Lange 1 “25th Anniversary” remains one of the more “simpler” models in the collection, but it certainly is a fan-favourite.
