Venroy Nails the Essentials for Winter 2023 Collection

Since it was founded in 2011, Australian label Venroy has made a name for itself with elevated collections designed not only for comfort but also for adaptability in urban environments. With a focus on the best fabrics, the brand’s pieces are stylish and work together effortlessly. Take its latest Winter 2023 collection as an example, taking inspiration from what many would call the centre of the modern world, The Big Apple, New York City.

Here, Venroy plays with the city’s monumental architecture and urban vibe to create oversized silhouettes with relaxed shapes. The colour palette follows suit, with a range of muted colours including charcoal, beige, vetiver green, fossil brown and cream that we find reminiscent of the NYC sidewalks and subways.

The collection also features bangs of energy thanks to splashes of bright red, pink and purple, remindful of classic NYC street art.

In the men’s collection, shirts are designed for layering, while versatile singlets work with seemingly every piece. Our favourites? We can’t go past the classic cashmere sweaters that reference vintage NYC and feature playful intarsia checks, basketweave and boucle yarns.

Two classic pieces also return for Venroy’s latest Winter 2023 collection. Starting with the classic tracksuit that adopts velour stripes and piping, while the full nylon tracksuit is unisex and is an ode to the ’90s. For the women’s collection, it’s the trench coat that steals the limelight, now with exaggerated double-breasted button details as well as a more relaxed fit.
